The Ascott Limited, a business unit of CapitalLand Investment (CLI), celebrated an extraordinary triumph at the 31st World Travel Awards in Madeira, Portugal, clinching 35 awards across global and regional categories. 

For the third consecutive year, Ascott was crowned “World’s Leading Serviced Apartment Brand”, reaffirming its global dominance in the hospitality sector.   

The iconic La Clef Champs-Elysées Paris by The Crest Collection bagged ‘World’s Leading Serviced Apartments’ for the second year, cementing its status as a symbol of Parisian luxury.  Renowned for its historic Haussmannian architecture and proximity to the city’s landmarks, the property epitomises refined living in the heart of Paris.  

Ascott’s winning streak extended regionally, with titles such as Asia’s Leading Serviced Apartment Brand, for the 9^th year and notable wins for properties like Ascott Makati, crowned Asia’s Leading Serviced Apartments. The company also achieved its first win in the resort category with Oakwood Ha Long in Vietnam being named Asia’s Leading Family Villa Resorts.
